We provide thirteen months limited warranty for all our machines from delivery date.

1. Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and the bellows not apply to any:

1)Improper or inadequate maintenance

2)Misusage and mishandling

3)Damaged by a wrong voltage use

4)Physical damage(for example, dropping the parts on the floor or into water, broken case, etc)

2.We provide free spare parts(excluded  consumables) within the warranty period. The buyer should provide serial number and photos of defective machines, But the buyer should pay the shipment charges and return us the broken parts.We only support and repair we sold items.Please do not ship back the others saler's items.

3.When you meet the problem of our machine under the situation that you are not familiar with our machines.Do not worry, we can offer:

1)User Manual in English

2)Operation Video

3)Support on-line

4)You may send your technician to our factory to attend the skill training.
